I don't know if anyone else has this problem, but I'm forver
having problems with conventional 'T' bnc connectors for thinwire
ethernet blocking other cards in PC's and workstations (especially
on the back of our rs/6000-320s). I've just found out that AC&E
in auckland now have a 'goalpost' type BNC t connector available,
this means your cables run out in line with the machine's socket,
as opposed to at 90deg ... so if anyone wants them drop them a line
( AC&E Sales Ltd, 300 Richmond Rd, Grey Lynn, Auckland, ph 09-787478, fax
09-360-2180)

price is about $10 higher than 'el cheapo' BNC t's - but who cares
if it means you can tame the cabling around your machine
