Actrix are looking at this sort of service in 1993.  We are at present
investigating costs to upgrade our leased line to something a little
more practical.  The monthly line rental and NTU rental to telecom is a 
bit of a killer however. 

Anyone know of any alternative to renting 48k NTU from Telecom.  Someone must
surley have something we could purchase?

I would certainly welcome any suggstions.
