	{Livewire, Worldwide News, 26-Aug-92}
   NEI Control Systems Limited (NEI-CSL), a part of the Rolls-Royce Industrial
 Power Group, selected Digital to deliver a comprehensive software environment
 for the design and development of high quality, high integrity software
 systems. NEI-CSL specializes in the design and supply of control and

   Using COHESION ASD/SEE (Aerospace-Defense/Software Engineering Environment),
 the basis for NEI's selection, Digital will provide a facility which is

 Digital, AMP-AKZO - Finalize sale of Greenville PWB facility
	{Livewire, Worldwide News, 25-Aug-92}
   The sale of Digital's Greenville, South Carolina Printed Wiring Board (PWB)
 facility to AMP-AKZO of Hauppauge, New York, has been finalized. All active
 Digital employees have been offered jobs by the new owners.
   Ed McDonough, vice president, Manufacturing and Logistics, said the
 Greenville operation, under AMP-AKZO's ownership, will continue to be a
 supplier to Digital and to play an important role in the supply chain. Ed
 explained that the decision to sell Greenville is based on Digital's
 manufacturing strategy, which centers on investing in areas that support
 Digital's core competencies and divesting from those that do not differentiate
 the company from its competitors.
   AMP-AKZO Corp. provides high-quality, value-added printed circuit board
 materials, chemicals, processes, products and services to the electronic
 industry.
