Used a couple of these utilities and they all can see and talk to the drive. Tried all sorts of search engines and have done all the DVD sites to death. Have even Emailed Mustek themselves but have had no reply yet. I did find one NZ site that had them listed still for sale so may chase that up for NZ agent. All in all it is bloody frustrating Bazz
