Due to the Auckland Electric Power Board this site has been out of action 
for a few hours.
 
Today (have just got out of hospital) the AEPB turned up unannounced here
in Parnell with three trucks and a digger.  Six men to dig a hole to find 
the feed point for the building site next door to mine.
 
Well they have cut the phone lines with there digger and I am PO'ed.
 
Who do I send such a complaint to to get some action on this matter?
