You got it. 49% of the country is getting freebies, and then you factor in the votes from illegal aliens, dead negro slaves by organizations like Acorn, voters like "Mickey Mouse" who voted 34 times in 17 States, and most importantly the fact that many of the 51% who support the 49% with their tax dollars were put off by Romney who they saw as Obama in white face, or Obama Lite ... well, of course Obama copped more than 50% of those who voted. As Biden would say, big fucking deal.
