Hahaha... Funny you should bring that up, as just a few days ago I filed criminal charges 
against a Gen-X'er after he threated to kill me when I confronted him about jumping his skate 
board in front of my apartment at 11 pm. 

I'm pretty aggreesive about defending my property rights now, but I still don't feel sorry for 
what I did as a teen as I aways did it and got away with it (unlike this gopher butt chined 
GenXer who was stupid enough to threaten me in front of witnesses).

Even though I'm just a peon renter, I'm actually more agressive about confronting nuisance 
makers in our neighborhood. Since the homeowners have all invested so much in their property 
they are afraid to take a stand for fear of being sued.

Here is one of my favorite confrontations...
I live accross the street from a private religious school whose patrons believe that thier 
religion makes them exempt from CVC and noise laws. The parents are so choosen of god that they 
believe they should not soil themselves by parking their cars and getting out and walking to 
restrieve their children. So they just use the car horn as a brat beacon.

One day one princess is particular is just leaning on the horn of her SUV... So I go out, and I 
come up in her blind spot, right behind her (she had the window open). When I'm about a foot 
away... I scream at the top of my lungs "WILL YOU PLEASE STOP HONKING YOUR HORN!" I think I took 
about 5 years off her life span.

One of the teacher/religious goons of the school saw this, and came over and said he was going 
to kill me. So i calmly asked him what he was going to do to me... He said he was going to knock 
me down and fuck me in the ass. I told him he didn't look like a homosexual, which got him made 
enough to threaten to kill me again. Then I calmly went to the police and filed a charge of 
making terrorist threats again him, and had his ass hauled in front of a DA to explain himself. 
It was at that hearing that I found out my loud (but politely phrased -- I said please) request 
to the horning honking ditz cause her to piss her pants in her new SUV.

My landlady actually tried to evict me over that incident, she claimed it was bad for property 
values, but backed off quickly when I used that Pre-Paid Legal service to retain an attorney and 
threatened her with a harassment suit.

The school has implimented a traffic plan to reduce noise, and the neighbors don't skate board 
in front of my house after I send their landlord a copy of the police report.


and it top it all off.... no one knows that it was I who strung up a TURKEY Carcass over the 
telephone lines (a bird feeder for crows).
