- Description & Required Skills:   Strong, established financial
company seeks a person to validate new software releases. MUST HAVE
MORTGAGE UNDERWIRITNG EXPERIENCE and be able to pass an underwriting
test to be considered.  Must understand mortgage underwriting and be
able to validate product functionality from a specification.  The
desired candidate could have QA experience, but if the person has
strong Excel or Access, the QA function could be taught.  Must have
good writing and verbal skills and must be immediately available.
Required Skills: Demonstrated mortgage underwriting experience, QA a
plus, Excel or Access a plus, strong communication.
