That dashes my hopes. I had expected that the politicians and Columbus-boosters would be wise enough to consult with a local group with a name like CAST, and maybe even with local groups with names like CICnet and OARnet, and hopefully early in the planning process. Certainly long before the plans hit the papers. If you're as much in the dark as the rest of us, then I guess I have (once again) learned not to expect much from politicians.
