Ah, the "Let's give the rich even MORE money, screw the poor
and middle class" tax.

Look up "regressive" in an econ book.

How greedy are rich folk? Even a "flat" tax doesn't satisfy them.
They want more money, more money.

Just remember to confuse people:

Somehow magically link flat tax with tax simplification even
though one doesn't have anything do to with another.

And sales tax somehow means not IRS. The govt will always have
tax collectors, renaming them seems like a waste of time to me.
