Ha. I strongly support such idea, but there are still many sites around
which did not managed to get FQDN. maybe we should use it as an opprtunity
to convert all bang-sites to FQDN's ?

Let's see; I am not aware of any site in Cleveland without FQDN; all systems
getting feed from me are welcome to use subdomain of wariat.org; there is at
least almost a dozen of other domains here - nshore.orc, ncoast.org,
hernix.org, raubix.org, tiny.com, - lotsa of space.

If there are systems in Cleveland or in Ohio which want to convert to
FQDN, they might do the following:
	- use one of existing domains
		- in case of wariat.org, it is granted for every site
getting a feed from me; beware that I charge for feeds...

	- use existing domain; oh.us is maintained locally by OAR-folks...
I am sure they will help in it.

	- create a new domain; I would be willing to run one of nameservers
( rather secondary if someone else will take on the job of being a
	  primary; if not then heck,  junior will carry primary job );
I can also run MX for some sites it will make sense in Cleveland
area. This way, instead of maintaining maps for Ohio, and distri-
buting them, we will maintain only one set of DNS records -
		what about
			ohio-uucp.org ???

Can we set up a target date of 3 months to convert all sites to FQDN, and
then drop maps for Ohio like Kiwi did already ??
