The role of a grand juror is critical in the administration of liberty and
justice. It is an essential element in the system created by our Founding
Fathers, to insure "a government of the people, by the people, and for the
people". Yet, few Americans have any insight, into the role, rights, and
responsibilities of grand jurors. Therefore, if ever they are called to
serve on a grand jury, they are at the mercy of the court.

Hoppy Heidelberg understood his role as a member of the grand jury
investigating the Oklahoma City Bombing, to thoroughly investigate all
pertinent information, including information which was withheld by federal
attorneys. In an effort to fulfill his obligation to consider all relative
information, Mr. Heidelberg wrote to the presiding judge, requesting that
certain individuals be subpoenaed...individuals the Justice Department
attorneys had failed to produce. He further indicated to the judge, he was
concerned that the Justice

Department was attempting to "cover up" certain issues of critical
evidence.  Judge David R. Russell, responded to Mr. Heidelberg's concerns,
by immediately dismissing him from the grand jury, and threatening him with
"contempt of court" charges, should he disclose any matters that occurred
before the Grand Jury.

Hoppy's presentation will give you insight into the Oklahoma City bombing
you will not obtain anywhere else. He will also educate you on the role,
rights, and responsibilities of federal grand jurors. As an American, you
owe it to yourself, and your fellow Americans, to obtain a full
understanding of the role of the Grand Juror.
