Greetings to all walkers

Columbus, Ohio, volkssport clubs will have four year-round events in
1998.
German Village Wander Volk is offering a new route for the German
Village walk.
Westerville Boot-N-Leggers is offering a new route for the Westerville
walk.
De'Fence Walkers is offering a new route for the Bexley walk and
introducing a new trail in Reynoldsburg.

All walkers in the area are invited to Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 27 and 28 as
we check the directions for these trails.
Our group walk trail check for German Village leaves the Brown Bag Deli
at Mohawk and Whittier in German Village at 9 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 27. A
note of interest here: This walk will pass the Columbus Museum of Art
which has a brunch and open house the Second Sunday of the month -- It's
known as Second Sunday at the Museum of Art. Plan to do that walk at
that time, if you can.

The group will then move out to Bexley and leave Friendly's on East Main
Street, just east of Capital University at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 27.

We cut the ribbon for the Reynoldsburg walk Sunday, Dec. 28, at 9 a.m.
in front of the start point -- the Police Department.

And we wrap it up at 1 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 28, in Westerville, meeting at
the Westerville Athletic Club.

You are all invited to walk with us and let us know if the directions
are easy to follow, and if there is something we should point out.

See you on the trail -- at any of these walks and/or at Couch Potato
Jan. 1 in Columbus, Ohio
