In fact, I think I saw somewhere that the active ingredients in marijuana were 
available in a prescription pill.  The pill, of course, is not very popular.

Bill Clinton, however, has nothing to do with the bills passed in Ohio and 
California, and his stand on the legalization of drugs has been one of his 
most consistent.
