There is also the important question of why Senator Kerry publically
endorsed Bush's strategy and battle plans for Tora Bora at the time,
and now at this late date has decided that Bush's strategy at the time
was the wrong one.  

There is no dispute that the Democrats where in the forefront of the
effort to have local troops fighting the battles against Bin Laden.  

I smell a real lack of leadership among Democrats and an unwillingness
to be accountable for their actions at the time.
