yes, i'd be easy to trace
if someone knew what they were doing
and wanted to

i'm hopeful that those 2 criteria
don't get together

the slip numbers are allocated randomly
so when i log off, i disappear
unless you can crack the sys logs
assuming they're kept

while i'm still on it's possible
to finger this particular slip number
and find me

folks who know how to do that
usually don't

if i want to do something
that'll really piss people off
or put me in legal peril
i go through other channels
but this is by far the easiest
and most straightforward

if, um, i'm telling the truth
