We are recabling our machine room, and most of our facilities will be
unavailable until we put them all back together again (probably this
Friday, Dec 18). In particular, osu-cis will be down, so our UUCP
contacts and anonymous UUCP users will be unable to connect to us.

Our DNS, mail and news servers will (hopefully) remain up, other than
brief periods of down time while we move them around.
