Over the 12/24-12/28 weekend, news.ysu.edu was upgraded from 1.5.1corr
to 1.7.2+insync.

There were substantial performance gains, and no problems encountered
(except for fitting local mods for FreePort). The only noticable
down-side is that I'm processing so many articles at the moment (because
the server was down for a bit) that I have near zero idle time in INND.

I'm also running Cleanfeed 0.95.1 (without the md5 checksum, have to
upgrade perl for that). As this version of Cleanfeed has a binary
trasher already, I'm no longer running purge-binaries. I also stopped
running nocem-on-spool because of the upgrades.
