LOOKING FOR COMMENTS ON BIKE COMPUTERS... Hello everyone. I am writing an article on the evolution of bicycle technology for a new website/AvantGo channel that specializes in cyclists on the move. Specifically, I am focusing on bike computers. My approach is to briefly mention the first generation (i.e. Cateye Solar) as a way of setting the stage, then fast-forwarding to today's latest-and-greatest, like the Palm-based BikeBrain. That having been said, has any of you ever used a BikeBrain? If so, what are your impressions? Good? Bad? Indifferent? Alternatively, have you used other bike computer technology that is worthy of mention? Any comments or links are welcome. Anything goes in this article, so please respond ASAP if you've had noteworthy user experiences with bike computer technology. For the sake of speed, please respond via e-mail. Please let me know if you're ever looking for 'bent writers with a Canadian perspective (I live in London, Ontario, and am picking up my Vision R40 in the spring). The channel is MobileBikes. It's just been launched, which is likely why you may not have seen it yet.
