FYI

The Ontario Coalition for Better Cycling's web site has been
updated with three articles interpreting Ontario's Highway Traffic
Act as it applies to cyclists including lighting requirements and
two abreast cycling, plus news on action taken by cycling groups
to oppose a possible cycling ban on the Airport Parkway in Ottawa,
the Toronto Coroner's enquiry into cyclist fatalities, how a
Canadian federal government agency wastes taxpayers' money making
cycling look dangerous, the rejection of MHL in Alberta, and the
impact of helmet laws on US cycling fatalities.

Also links have been added to Australian researcher Dorothy Robinson's
site which contains charts and graphs on her country's cycling
declines following MHL, and to the Vancouver Cyclist which has an
excellent article by National CAN-BIKE examiner Christine Code "Why
bike lanes are a bad idea".

Existing pages include articles on cyclist education, provincial cycling
policies, results of earlier cyclist surveys, and links to interesting
international sites.
