Opera 3.6 and Turnpike linkfiles

Does anyone know how to configure Opera to be able to delete the entries
in the Turnpike linkfile?  I can't get it working (and that is after
reading recent postings on the topic).

(Win95 on a P166 with 64mb RAM)
