It makes sense to talk lawsuit. If he files suit and wins, he wins
some money out of the people he doesn't like, and gets to say how he
defeated attempts at silencing him, etc etc.

If he loses or the lawsuit gets tossed, he gets to say how the judges
are bad and biased and anti-free speech and all that, and his
supporters will most likely back him on the issue.

Either way, it helps his show. The same thing happened when Tom Leykis
was sued in Juneau, AK. He did win the lawsuit, but the buzz about the
case during the trial probably boosted his ratings tremendously.
