It is a seperate and distinct body, it is human, therefore it is a human
being.

Says you; Got proof to show otherwise? Biologists everywhere classify a
human fetus as a member of Homo Sapiens. What species do you put them
in?

Neither does a retarded child, a stroke victim, or anyone who has had
severe brain cancer if your logic were followed to the fullest. Do you
advocate terminating them too at their caregiver's convienience?

Oh, so you admit they're human, but not a human being then? Pray tell,
who made you godly enough to make such an arbitrary distinction? That
brain theory of yours? Too bad, as I have listed examples above of those
who have severe brain impediments too, yet are legally  protected from
murder.
