Just thought you might find this as outrageous as I did. A catalog
has some photo pages from it advertising imitation recycled paper.
Can you believe it? To quote: ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

"If you or your business desire the understated look of recycled stock,
these sheets will provide you the image without the high cost."

Not an ounce of recycled content!!!
Perhaps the environmental movement has come full cycle: creating the
image of looking "environmentally correct" without investing in the
environment. Trees for image. I hope not.

Call and express your feelings that such a product could
really have been created!!!!.
They are 20th Century Plastics, at 800-767-0777.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Bless these folks with the understated elegance of USENET reaction.
