My knowledge of history includes the fact that the Doukhabours are well-known
for using self-immolation as one way to escape compromising their principles!

And, maybe I shoulds stick to debating with those who actually DEBATE, rather
than just do ad hominem responses!

For instance, in this thread you've not actually MADE any real point
(including independebtly verifiable citology) --
A statement was made that soldiers don't always have any REAL choice in the
matter, of being sacrificed by their country, and you came back with, simply,
"Doukhabours would tend to disagree." -- you didn't say why, or how!

Then I pointed out that self-immolation isn't really a "choice" in the matter,
if one's goal is to survive, and you come back with an ad hominem response that
showed only that YOU lack historical knowledge!

So where exactly have YOU participated in a debate at all, in any normal
understanding of the concept?
