Um -- if that is your assertion, I suggest a course in Remedial
Writing would be in order.  If you re-read the salient portion of your
post included above, that is not how one would construe it.

term "disinformation?"  Further, have you ever run across the term

Rather like the Terror-Weenies holding forth everywhere these days,
there's a small chance that any Russian knows one damned thing about
this outbreak.

The FBI has not "traced" anything much at all, other than by trying to
systematically eliminate other sorts of sources.  But at the moment,
it has no more Actual Evidence against the specific "suspect" most
often mentioned thatn Dubya has for the Existence of WMDs in Iraq.

It's a guess, a surmise, and maybe even a hope.  But that's all it is.

Otherwise, Faux News would be reporting it as a Fact.
