Telecommuting Survey

This survey is being posted by a student at Lake Oswego High School of
Lake Oswego, Oregon. I am enrolled in the Government and Modern Issues
class, a required course whose curriculum covers the structure and
operation of government. We also discuss and interpret events that take
place in the world. Part of the curriculum includes learning about land
use and suburban communities. The topic that I am researching also covers
the area of telecommuting.

Provided you have time, please take a few minutes to complete this form and
email it to jluong@industrial.com. This post may be posted from alternate
addresses by friends and/or peers due to a broken newsserver at my "home"
account (industrial.com).

01. For how long have you been telecommuting?
02. How frequently do you telecommute? (A percentage of the time you
telecommute relative to the time you spend at the office would be
    great.)
03. What platform do you telecommute on? (at your SOHO)
04. Who origionally proposed that you should telecommute (you or your
    employer?)
05. Do you use POTS or ISDN?
06. If you have not used ISDN, do you plan on trying it out?
07. Do you feel that you are as efficient at home as you are at work?
08. Please state a few advantages of telecommuting.
09. What kind of work do you complete from home? (ie. advertising,
    administration, accounting, etc.?)
10. Do we have permission to quote you and use your information in a
    statistical manner?

Thanks for your time.
