Consultants that have managed an Oracle DB/APPs shop in the Telecom Vertical Markets

Desired Requirements:
Seven or more years experience in a Consulting Environment.  You should have experience in three or more of the following areas:  Oracle Apps, Oracle Apps  DBA, E-Commerce, Oracle Web Server and Web Apps, Designer 2000, Java, HTML, GIS,  

Willingness to travel 80-100%.
