                    CAREER PLANNING WORKSHOPS

The Professional Relations Committee of the Columbus Section of
the American Chemical Society is pleased to announce a two part
workshop to assist those seeking employment as chemists, and
those who wish to maintain or revitalize their job seeking
skills.  These two programs are offered with the cooperation and
participation of Mrs. Dorothy Rodmann, an Internal Consultant for
Career Services in the National Office of the ACS in Washington,
D.C.

The first program will be held on Tuesday, October 15, and will
deal with Resume Preparation.  The second program will be held on
Tuesday, October 29, and will deal with Interviewing Techniques.
Each session will be held at Chemical Abstracts Service, 2540
Olentangy River Road, and will be from 6:00 pm-9:00 pm. A nominal
fee of $10.00 for the two sessions includes handouts and light
refreshments.  For additional information contact Dr. Lucile E.

To register for these two sessions, please fill in the form
below, enclose your check for $10.00 made out to "ACS, Columbus
Section", and mail to:
