I'm cheerful, positive, eclectic, tolerant, easy-going etc., and will
be a responsible, cooperative, helpful, clean tenant/housemate.
Excellent references are available.

My activities and interests include outdoors, sports, nature, culture
and politics, eg. running, bicycling, climbing, yoga, dance, ocean
sailing, backpacking, skiing, astronomy, birding...
