The Draft Plan is about 200 pages long and has already been through
several revisions since it first appeared in November of 1995.  

However, in the near future we will be working on converting all the
text, photographs, plans, maps and other documents to hypertext for
inclusion on both the Columbus Freenet Gopher and a forthcoming Web
site.

For now there are at least three places where one could study the plans
in depth for free:  The Northside Branch of the Columbus Metropolitan
Library (on High Street at Euclid Ave.), The OSU Main Library, and
Campus Partners office next to Long's Bookstore on High Street.
