A friend of mine is thinking about buying one of those Qualstan condo's that 
are consistently advertised on the radio.  The advertised monthly payments are 
always pretty cheap ( <$500) based on a 30 year lease.  It is my opinion that 
you get what you pay for in most cases like this.  However, I was wondering if 
there were any Qualstan owners out there willing to discuss the quality of 
these homes?
