    we, two male graduate students, are looking for a third person to share
a very nice 3 bedroom house with the following:

first floor:
- 2 living rooms
- kitchen
- front porch with a swing

second floor:
- 3 bedrooms
- 1 bathroom

full basement with washer and space to hang clothes, also lots of room for
storage, parties,...

Attic with more storage room

There also are a front yard and a back yard.

Ample street parking is available.

Oh, there is no air-conditioning ;)

The house is in walking distance to the galleries and restaurants in the
short north, not far from down town.

OSU is about 7 bike-minutes away.

The neighbors are mostly young professional people.
