I'm graduing in the spring, and I looking for one or two people to move into
this two bedroom townhouse from July through August (you can move in
mid-June)

You have the option of

a) renting a room and sharing the townhouse with my current roommate for
$400 plus electricity
b) renting the entire townhouse for $680 plus electricity...this will enable
my roommate to move in with his fiance.

Water and Gas are free in either arrangement

The lease will be up all-together at the end of August and my roommate and I
will no longer be living in Columbus, so whover moves in has the option or
taking over the lease for next year....or just moving out.

*****This townhouse has:

* lots of room
* an upstairs & downstairs
* full kitchen
* 1 and a half bath (great heat and water pressure!)
* large living room
* patio and back yard - fenced in
* new carpet installed February 2002


It is very spacious and in a quiet neighborhood.  Right next to Tuttle Park
and a 10 minute walk from OSU campus.  It is on the North Residential CABS
route and one block from #2 COTA route.
