I'm one of the residents of this apartment, and I heard about it from one
these groups two years ago.  I'm posting this in my own words because the
landlords are incredibly cool people, just as I was told before. :)

Nice 2 BR apartment on second floor of a house in quiet area of Victorian
Village.  More specifically, there are 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, kitchen
with a new fridge, etc.  Laundry/util room with washer/dryer, and 2 more
rooms for living, dining, TV, whatever.  I've even thought one of them
could be turned into a bedroom just by adding a door to the existing
hinges.  

Screened in porch.  Exposed brick chimney from downstairs fireplace. 
Fenced in backyard.  Two parking spaces just across the alley from a well
lit parking lot with a 24 hour security hut thing and a van that drives up
and down the street and alley on both sides.  The lot and the people there
have NOTHING to do with the apt, so I'm not trying to imply that, but
rather it simply keeps the bad people away. :)
