Hello,

I have a very nice 1-bedroom apartment I need to sublet. The address is
2160 Summit St. The apartment will become available in early April and
the lease is through the 31 August. There is free off-street parking
attached to the apartment, and it is a quick walk to the OSU campus. It
is also right near two of the East Residential OSU bus stops. Pets are
allowed. It has a nice kitchen and bathroom, good-sized bedroom and
living room, a big closet, air-conditioning, and a garbage disposal.
Rent is only $385/month.

For further information or to see the apartment please email
thies@cis.ohio-state.edu or call 614-218-4392.

Thank you!
Kairsten
