Looking for someone to live in our very nice 1-bedroom apartment:

Location is West Tompkins Street, very quiet, just steps from the Olentangy
River.  About a 10 minute walk to OSU campus.

Apartment is on the 2nd floor and features a living room, bedroom, large
eat-in kitchen, bathroom, and storage room.  Living and bed rooms have very
nice, nearly new carpet.  The stove and refrigerator are full-size and
clean.  The house has a private driveway for parking and a huge backyard.

Normally, this rents for $425, but you can have it until April 9th for only
$370 per month.  (You could then renew at the regular rate.)  You don't have
to sign a lease or pay a deposit.  Please contact Pete at 208-5423 or
