I  will graduate so I am subleasing my clean and spacious
apartment located between 8th Ave and 9th Ave which is close to OSU campus
and High Street bus stop.

Sublease Period: from now to March, 2000 (one month notice after March. 10)
Monthly Rent: $300 + elec. & gas, $300 deposit
Location: 29 W. 9th Ave. (Actually my unit is just beside the parking lot in
the court yard between 8th Ave. and 9th Ave. There is no other building
beside the windows. And the rooms are bright and very comfortable!)

1. Off-street parking: parking lot is just beside the apartment. Your
parking will be free because I have paid them up for you till the end of the
lease.

2. Clean and spacious: Spacious living room and kitchen, newly renovated in
June (new carpet, new wall paint, new front door, new refrigirator)

4. Good price: only $300 a month for a clean and spacious 2_BR apartment!
