We have a 1981 Oldsmobile Regency '98 that needs its starter replaced.
This can't be done without access to the underside of the car, so we
can't do it safely ourselves. However, we have procured a used starter
that we want to replace our old one with.

Can anyone recommend a reasonable garage or individual that won't
charge us too much for this simple job and will do it properly?
