Hello Everyone,

I am a university student and for my industrial engineering class I have to
make a 5 minute presentation on one of the 20 aspects of ISO 9000. The one
which I will be presenting is "Quality Control of Records". I have a copy
of the ISO 9001 Internation Standard, but the quarter of a page in the
document is not terribly enlightening. I would be very interested to hear
from anyone who has actually implimented (or is in the process of implemen
implimenting) the standard in their company and would be willing to sharen
what that portion of the standard meant to them. In fact, I would very
much appreciate any information that you are willing to offer.e

Thank you.
