Sorry about the short notice, but...

The regular bimonthly meeting of the Ottawa Amateur Radio Club Packet Radio
Group will take place this Thursday, Jan 28, at 7:30pm. Location is the
auditorium of the Museum of Science and Technology on St Laurent.

Featured speaker for the meeting will be Andrew Patrick of the Communications
Research Centre, who will talk about the National Capital FreeNet and
provide a live demo of the system.

The second part of the program will include a presentation on the amateur
packet radio scene in the Toronto area by Michael Durrant from the Ryerson
Amateur Radio Club, plus updates on Ottawa-area packet network projects.

Everyone is welcome!

Barry
