The intended groups for my message were primarily can.talk.guns and
ott.general, since readers of those groups might simply hit "reply" and
include ott.events by accident (or by neglect). I left ott.events in the
crosspost so that people reading there would know that somebody has cared
enough to take action before ott.events gets over-run with off-topic
messages, and could follow up themselves with any individual who ignored
the request. 

Please direct all followups to can.talk.guns and ott.general ONLY.
