   OTTAWA, Ontario -- December 20, 1996 -- FLORA Community WEB, a

Consulting is sponsoring another 64Kbps connection. FLORA's connection
   speed will now be 128Kbps.

"This new connection between IGS and FLORA will give FLORA access to
the support available through IGS, and will give IGS customers very
fast access to the community services and people at FLORA", remarked
Russell McOrmond, technical volunteer for FLORA Community WEB.
