Unfortunately the problem does not lie with Spectrum. It is really the fault
of UPS. They are a brutal shipping company and really sock it to customers
when soemthing is shipped across the border. They make it sound like they
really do alot for you like dealing with customs and all. Whenever you ship
things across the border...make sure you find out who is the carrier and find
out the costs. I got burned paying $50 on a $75 U.S. video card from
California....so I've been there. I spent alot of time yelling at the
retailler and also UPS. UPS really doesn't impress me at all and I will not
EVER use them.
