Lori McConkey did file for bankruptcy as you said Jan (I know an old partner of
hers). Also, I used to work for this company when she bought the rights to ANO
Office Automation (whom I worked for on Bank Street). When I worked briefly for
OCS / ANO, the owner of the company was her wife and I suppose still is the owner.

Lori does treat most people fairly, but when she gets confronted or feels like her
back is against the wall, she can become nasty sometimes. Its almost impossible
to please EVERY single customer, all you can do is try your best. As for the
lawsuit a few months back with the refurb laptops.......<sigh>...."Lori, Lori,
Lori"......:)
