I can't explain *why* Ottawa Computer Services does this.
But I have had experience with them.
Just over a year ago, I sold my old 120MB H.D. to them.
They qouted me one price on the phone, but when I arrived less that a
week later, they lowered the price, claiming that the quote they
originally gave was only good for that day.
This pissed me off, because I figure that in the name of good customer
service, they could have given me the original amount.
The store is run by amateurs, in my opinion.
They might all know about computers, but they know nothing about
customer service.

If you want a great price in the Ottawa-Hull area, check out
CompuNation. I bought a sweet system there about 6 months ago, and as
far as I know, they still offer the best bargaing in the entire Ottawa
valley.

That's it...
