Greetings. I wish to apply for one or more business internet
accounts from a good Internet service provider and wish to have the 
following services: 

1. Mailing list

I'm going to publish a small newsletter on-line and I need to
have a mailing list so I can send the newsletter simultaneously
to the subscribers. The number of subscribers is about 100, but
may increase in future.

2. Autoresponding service

I wish to have an autoresponding service so people can get a
sample of my newsletter automatically if they send a brief
message to my e-mail account. 

3. Preferably have office in Ottawa area;

4. Unlimited access with a monthly flat fee;

*5. WWW sites that may require login password so only those
registered subscribers can access to the past issues of the
newsletter (optional, may need this service in future). 

If anybody knows a ISP who can provide the above services, please
e-mail me. If possible, I also need some more information about the 
following: 

1. Scope of service;
2. Cost structure;
3. use-policy;
4. User support;
5. Software;
6. User training;
7. Internet access;
8. Service portfolio;
9. Trial runs
