1 room in a 2 bedroom apartment available for sublet between May 1 and
August 31 of 1995. It is located on the downtown campus of the University of
Ottawa (the property is owned by the university, but you don't need to be
a student to live here).
 
The apartment has a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and bathtub,
living and dining room.  Very quiet.  All facilities are shared amoung
the occupants.  The university's sports facilities are just out the door,
and they are open to public members.  Two minutes walk to the Transitway,
Ottawa's public transport artery.  Close to mall, Loeb and Loblaws.

The room is furnished.  It is ideal for students on a co-op term working
in Ottawa for the summer.  It is available for $370/month all inclusive,
plus $100 security deposit.
