My roomate and I are seeking a third for our apartment in September (or
sooner).  The place is in the market (nice and handy) and it's really
big.  The bedroom available is on the top floor, separate from common
areas, but the whole house is shared.  Big bedrooms, big kitchen, big
living room, big place.  We're both around 25,  one student, one
professional returning for grad studies soon, so we'd like to find
someone around the same age.

Rent is $417/mo (includes one parking spot) plus hydro (heat's paid).
