Full 3 bedroom, 2 story house with unfinished basement.
Main floor is living room, dinning room, kitchen and extra room
used as office. Washer and drier in basement.
Parking is possible. Nonsmoker.

1 roommate, female, moved out to live with her boyfriend,
remaining 2 males are looking for a third person.
Roomates are PhD student and older college student.

The largest room is now empty. Actually it is a large bedroom extending
(removed wall) into a small room with front balcony. Shuffling rooms
is possible.
